Well what does this elf is shutdown or restart the cell in a while everyone wants
placing it in minutes or seconds in the time
You have to place messages, vibration and sound (which you can place on any
folder), has also started the bcfgedit.elf when you opens the elf the default foulder
is tpa / user / other / zbin / daemons / bcfgedit.elf
before being shutdown or Restart the mobile
All set in. Bcfg not needed. Ini
